Sausage Football Dip


  • 1 pound Villa Roma Sausage (hot or sweet), removed from casing
  • 1 (10-ounce) jar diced tomatoes and green chilies, hot or mild
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (15 ounce) can chili con carne (no beans)

In a large skillet, cook sausage over a medium heat until it is browned and cooked through. Mix tomatoes, cream cheese, and chili into the skillet. Stir and continue cooking the mixture over a medium heat until the cheese has melted. Makes 6 servings
